LCD modules with enhanced viewing angle and colour stability
Both of these TN based TFT displays feature a wide viewing angle of 80 degrees in all directions (up/down, left/right) enabling concise, clear colour images and information to be displayed. The 5.7inch TX14D23VM5BAA features a contrast ratio of 400:1 and a LED backlight producing a brightness of 800cd/m² with a 40K hour half brightness lifetime. A 40-pin data interface supporting 18-bit RGB CMOS enables a colour palette of 262k colours. The module has mechanical outline dimensions of 131.0×102.2×7.6mm and an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. The 6.5inch TX17D01VM5BAA features a contrast ratio of 350:1 and a brightness of 800cd/m² with a specified 70K hour time to half brightness. A 31-pin data interface supports 18-bit RGB CMOS and a 262k colour palette. The display supports an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and measures 153.0×118.0x9.1mm. Both display modules feature a 4:3 aspect ratio, a COG (chip on glass) construction and are fully RoHS compliant.
