LED modules do away with drivers
The Airglow One LED modules are suited for lighting applications in public buildings such as theaters, museums, upmarket retail as well as office and other commercial buildings. Their long service life makes them particularly suited for service-intensive applications such as street lighting. The products are available in two color temperatures (2800K and 4000K) and in three light intensity levels between 1500 lm and 3500 lm. CRI is at least 80; service life is 50.000 operating hours or better, the company promises.
With their driverless design, the Airglow One modules can be connected directly to the mains grid with voltages of 220 to 240 VAC. The modules are available for a power level of 16 W, 28 W and 39 W, with an efficiency of 90 lm/W for all three versions. A heatsink is required for all wattages available. The modules are available in two mechanical designs – circular, with a diameter of 80 mm, or square, with dimensions of 80 x 80 x 12.4 mm.
