Currently available in the MicroPak (leadless) package, the configurable logic devices can perform different logic functions, thereby reducing bill-of-material part count, cost and qualification effort. The devices feature Schmitt-trigger action on all inputs and have over-voltage tolerant I/Os, they are fully specified over the -40 to +85°C temperature range.
