Low-loss, high isolation broadband RF switches
The SKY13522-644LF (SPDT), SKY13523-639LF (SP3T) and SKY13524-639LF (SP4T) are designed for switching single-ended Rx SAW filters in cellular handsets, and quote insertion loss of under 1 dB. Consuming less than 10 µA of current, they are intended for low power switching in smartphone, data card, IoT, infrastructure and test and measurement applications and may be used for switching filter banks in infrastructure Rx chains. The small footprint devices are supplied in quad-flat no-lead (QFN) packages: 14-pin 1.6 x 1.6 x 0.45 mm (-639LF) and 8-pin 1.1 x 1.1 x 0.45 mm (-644LF).
