Low noise rail-to-rail negative regulator with programmable current limit

The advantage of this architecture is that output voltage is rail-to-rail programmable while always maintaining unity gain operation. Hence, the bandwidth/transient response, noise, PSRR and load regulation are all independent of output voltage.

Additionally, the LT3090 features programmable current limit, positive or negative current monitoring, programmable cable drop compensation, bidirectional shutdown capability and can be easily paralleled for higher current operation or heat spreading on surface mounted board.
