Low-ohm metal foil resistors are automotive-certified
These resistors feature contact-side contact pads (wrap around or bottom-down) and are rated 0.2 W, 0603 / 0.3 W, 0805 / 0.5 W, 1206 / 0.75 W (1 W), 2010 / 1.5 W, 2512/2 W (3 W) and size 4320 with 5 W. Two versions are available: high temperature from -55 to +175° C and low EMF from -55 to +155° C, both in tolerances 1 and 2%, with TK values of 50 and 100 ppm. The ohm value range is from 5 to 1000 mR in E6 and E12 values, from 5 to 9 mR in 1 mR steps, although other customer-specific ohmic valuesand specifications are also possible. The resistors are lead-free, halogen-free and RoHS compliant, available on rolls of 1 or 5 K pieces, type 0402 with 10 K pieces. They are widely used in automotive electronics, charging devices, AC / DC converters, DC / DC converters, motor controllers, inverters, medical devices and office communication devices.
