Low output current PoL converters is released in iLGA format
The OKL-T/1-W12 provides maximum 1 A output current with a nominal 12 Vin input voltage, while the input voltage range, 2.9 to 14 Vdc, is wider than the previously released 3 A and 6 A models. Ideal for applications requiring an ultra wide input range and low output current, the 1A OKL model also has the same pad layout as the other models in this family, providing flexibility when selecting a model. A cost efficient way to power on-board ICs, the OKI-T/1 will be used in applications such as servers and wireless equipment, LED signage and power amplifiers, and other applications across the datacom and industrial markets.
The OKL-T/1-W12 measures 12.4 x 12.4 x 4.57 mm max. Based on fixed-frequency synchronous buck converter switching topology, the high power conversion efficiency PoL module features programmable output voltage from 0.9 to 5.5 Vdc and On/Off control. These converters also include under voltage lock out (UVLO), output short circuit protection, and over-current protections. Like the other models in the OKL range, its 800 kHz switching frequency allows faster transient response than 300 kHz PoLs, and it can drive up to 200 uF ceramic capacitive loads.
The units are designed to meet all standard UL/EN/IEC 60950-1 safety certifications (2nd Edition) and RoHS-6 hazardous substance compliance.
