With an optimized control and heating circuit design, the IQOV-90 delivers a temperature stability of better than ±5ppb over the -20 to 70ºC operating temperature range. Housed in a 25.4×22.0mm package with a height of only 12.3mm, the new design satisfies applications where space and height is limited. Based on a FR4-PCB with a metal lid and delivered in package quantities of 75pcs per reel the IQOV-90 is suitable for fully automatic SMD production. As standard these parts are available with supply voltages of 12V, 5.0V or 3.3V and sinewave or HCMOS output compatibility making them suitable for a wide range of applications.
