The DARWIN MCU series combines wearable-grade power technology with large embedded memories and advanced embedded security.

MAX32660 offers 256KB flash and 96KB SRAM memory with power performance down to 50 µW/MHz, 1.6mm x 1.6mm size, and a cost-effective price point.

MAX32652 has 3MB flash and 1MB SRAM on-chip and runs at up to 120 MHz. The device offers high-speed peripherals such as high-speed USB 2.0, secure digital (SD) card controller, a TFT display controller, and a complete security engine. The MCU also has the capability to run from external memories over HyperBus or XcellaBus.
