Low-profile 0402-sized chip inductors
The 0402CT Series has a ceramic core and has measures just 0.45 mm tall, which is 30% lower than competing products. The range has 23 inductance values from 1.2 to 56 nH (with, 5%, 3% or 2% tolerance). The 0402CT range has a Q Factor performance of up to 84 at 2.4 GHz. It also features self-resonant frequencies up to 27.5 GHz and current ratings of up to 2.3 Amps (Irms).
The ferrite-core 0402FL Series is only 0.55 mm tall and has 16 inductance values from 20 to 560 nH. It is intended for use as a one-pole filter or RF choke in cellular bands. Ferrite construction allows for up to 1.3 Amps (Irms) current handling with extremely low DCR.
