These innovative heat conduction films consist of highly compressed natural graphite with an application temperature range from -40°C +500°C. The anisotropy of the basic material allows very good heat conductivity in the x, y and z direction. Different models are available in thicknesses of 0.15 to 0.25mm, with an adhesive coating applied on one side for better attachment. The material is sold by the metre or as customised contours and punch-outs according to customers’ patterns.
