Luminaire blends LEDs and OLEDs for commercial and professional office spaces
Olessence luminaires feature Duet SSL Technology, a design concept from Acuity Brands that optimizes the performance of OLED and LED light sources in a single luminaire. Designed with a 184x13mm profile, the contemporary luminaire combines the OLEDs for their soft and calm diffused lighting (in direct-view downlight) with the LEDs’ high-lumen performance and precise optical control for the up-light distribution and as the primary source of ambient illumination. It relies on proprietary injection moulded optics for the LED up-light. Other features include an optional dual-circuit switching for independent dimming of direct and indirect light outputs and flicker-free dimming-to-dark, powered by a remote eldoLED driver. The luminaire comes in LED lumen packages with three available CCT options (3000K, 3500K and 4000K) in 80+ and 90+ CRI options. It comes in 101, 152 and 203mm sections, available in white, black or painted aluminium.
