Marvell also announced that Syed Ali, Brad Buss and Dr. Edward Frank have been appointed to the Marvell Board of Directors, effective immediately after the closing of the acquisition.
Syed Ali was a co-founder of Cavium and served as its President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors since the company’s launch in 2000. Brad Buss served as a director of Cavium since July 2016 and Dr. Edward Frank served as a director of Cavium since July 2016.
