Maxim Integrated MAXM15465/66/67 Step-Down Power Modules are high-efficiency, synchronous step-down DC-DC modules. The modules feature an integrated controller, MOSFETs, compensation components, and inductor. The inductor operates over a wide input voltage range. The modules operate from 4.5V to 42V input and deliver up to 300mA output current. The MAXM15465 and MAXM15466 are fixed 3.3V and 5V output modules respectively. The MAXM15467 is an adjustable output (0.9V to 6.3V) module. The modules significantly reduce design complexity and manufacturing risks. They offer a true plug-and-play power/supply solution, reducing time to market.
