The sensor employs capacitive sensing technology, which enables its ±1.0 hPa absolute accuracy across a wide temperature range (-10 to +65C; P=800 to 1,100 hPa). This capacitive sensing technology enables a low typical noise level of 1.1 PaRMS and current consumption of 6.3 µA at 0.16-second conversion time.
The ZPA Series MEMS pressure sensor features SPI and I²C communication interfaces, and is designed for applications that demand high accuracy and low current consumption, including medical equipment, elevator equipment, indoor navigation, and weather monitoring.
