Metal core SMD power inductors with high-current ratings
With the optimised shape of its metal core, the MDWK4040 utilises Taiyo Yuden’s proprietary magnetic metal material and claims to achieve one of the best direct-current superposition characteristics available. 11 items in the range offer DC superposition current from of 17.0 down to 2.2A (max), nominal inductance from 0.2 to 10 µH and corresponding temperature rise current 9.2 to 1.6A (max).
