Microchip launches automotive grade MEMS oscillators

The DSA1001, DSA11x1, DSA11x5 and DSA2311 resist mechanical shock and jarring in harsh environments over a frequency range of 2.3MHz to 170MHz. The devices are AEC-Q100 qualified with +/-20 ppm stability over temperatures ranging from -40 to +125 degrees Celsius.
The DSA2311is a dual-output MEMS oscillator that comes in a 2.5mm by 2.0mm package.
All fours products are available now for sampling and in volume production.
