Microsemi acquires Centellax
Microsemi is to buy Centellax (Santa Rosa, California) a supplier of high-speed analogue and RF semiconductor products for the optical communications and Ethernet datacom markets. Centellax builds products specifically designed for high-speed communications markets, with higher levels of integration. Its design team combines capabilities in millimeter-wave engineering and high-speed digital design.
