These devices are designed to meet all microstrip requirements and can be optimized to a customers’s exact frequency needs, including up to 24% bandwidth option, 2 to 25 W of forward power and loads with rated power from 0.25 W up to 25 W are available..
The model shown covers 1.9 to 2.6GHz. Standard dimensions include drop-in replacements for FDK and TDK. All thin film circuits are gold on copper, suitable for soldering (silver solder preferred), or gold thermo-compression bonding.
