Mini-ITX Ryzen SBC features Radeon Vega graphics
The iBASE MI988 uses the new AMD’s Ryzen Embedded V1000 series of processors. The SoCs deliver graphics performance and multimedia processing at the level of discrete GPUs as well as a computing power of up to 3.61 TFLOPS – with a power consumption (TDP) of only 12 to 54W.
The iBASE MI988 is designed for the most demanding tasks. The interaction of the APU (Accelerated Processing Unit) of CPU and GPU enables system developers to significantly increase processing efficiency and design flexibility.
The following CPUs are used: AMD V1807B (quad-core, 3.35GHz-3.8GHz, TDP 54 W, integrated AMD Radeon Vega 11 graphics), AMD V1756B (quad-core, 3.25GHz-3.6GHz, TDP 54 W, integrated AMD Radeon Vega 8 graphics), and AMD V1202B (dual-core, 2.3 – 3.3 GHz, TDP 25 W, integrated AMD Radeon Vega 3 graphics).
In addition to an L2 cache of 2 MB and an L3 cache of 4 MB, up to 32 GB RAM (DDR4-3200, DDR4-2400, SO-DIMM, ECC) are supported. Direct3D 12 / 11, Shader Model 6.0 / 5.1, OpenGL 4.5, Vulkan 1.1 and OpenCL 2.0 are used as graphical interfaces.
The SBC communicates with its environment via the following interfaces:
2x Intel I211AT PCI-E Gigabit LAN, 1x HDMI (2.0a), 1x DisplayPort (1.4), 1x 24-bit dual channel LVDS or 1x eDP, 2x USB 3.1 (10Gbps), 2x USB 3.1 (5Gpbs), 1x SATAIII, 1x mSATA, 1x PCI-E (8x), 1x Mini PCI-E, 1x M.2 (M-key, type:2230), 6x COM (2x RS232/422/485, 4x RS232), and Audio HD ALC662.
