Miniature LDO offers low noise, small footprint and accuracy benefits
With its 1.0 mm x 1.0 mm DFN1010-4 package, the AP7340 suits the highest density portable product designs.
The miniature, low-noise LDO produces a 150 mA output current for a wide input voltage range, starting from as low as 1.7 V and extending up to a maximum of 5.25 V. The device comprises a voltage reference, error amplifier, current limit and an enable input for output on/off control. The LDO’s integrated resistor network produces fixed output voltages in 0.1 V steps between 1.2 V and 3.3 V.
The AP7340’s output voltage accuracy is higher than other industry solutions, with an accuracy of ±1.5% over the entire operating temperature range of -40ºC to +85ºC. This low-power LDO offers a typical quiescent current of 35 µA, helping to reduce product power consumption.
The AP7340 is priced at $0.10 each in single reel quantities of 5k.
