Standard unit has frequency range of 0.01 to 4 GHz, with option of negative or positive output. A higher frequency option is available up to 12.4 GHz.
The maximum frequency response is ±0.3 dB over 0.01 to 4 GHz or ±0.5 dB over 0.01 to 12.4 GHz for the 12.4 GHz option. VSWR is 1.30 over 0.01 to 4 GHz and 1.70 over 4 to 12.4 GHz. Typical sensitivity (Pin < -30 dBm) is 0.5 mV/µW.
Other features include input power of 100 mW maximum (peak or average), video resistance of 5000 ohms nominal, and temperature range of -55 to 100 °C.
