Along with Göpel’s Boundary Scan ASIC CION, the module can be connected to any test access port (TAP). In combination with the vendor’s System Cascon Boundary Scan software, the system enables the comprehensive automation of the entire project development. The module offers a simple, safe and cost-effective solution to test complex DDR3 memory modules at low effort. It reduces test time to fragments of a second per DUT and supports testing multiple memory interfaces in parallel.
The SO-DIMM204-3/ECC CION module is suited for use in the lab for prototype testing as well as in volume production.
