The Omron G3VM-61VY2 and G3VM-351VY can be sued for 60V and 350V AC or DC switching applications. A significant feature of these devices is their high dielectric strength, at 3750V between the inputs and the outputs. Both devices offer an enhanced specification compared to existing Omron solutions. The G3VM-61VY2 has a higher continuous load current of 500 mA, with an on resistance of 2 Ohms. The G3VM-351VY offers a faster turn-off time than previously, of 0.5 msec maximum, 0.1 msec typical. Packaged in a special SOP-4 pin format, they are pin compatible with existing Omron MOSFET relay styles.
