Mouser adds TI CC1352R LaunchPad SensorTag
The Launchpad SensorTag kit is a fully enclosed and battery-operated kit that has been developed for quickly prototyping IoT applications. It features integrated environmental and motion sensors, multi-band wireless connectivity, Sub 1 GHz swivel antenna, and easy-to-use software. The kit is based around TI’s CC1352R SimpleLink multiband and multiprotocol wireless MCU, which supports concurrent Sub-1 GHz and 2.4 GHz operation. The MCU’s FCC-, CE-, and IC-certified radio is compatible with Bluetooth Low Energy, Thread, Zigbee, and 802.15.4 PHY and MAC.
The LaunchPad SensorTag kit is designed to be used with kits in the LaunchPad development ecosystem, including the LAUNCHXL-CC1352R1 LaunchPad development kit, to create custom topologies, using the microcontroller’s broad offering of connectivity stacks. The LaunchPad SensorTag kit also includes ambient light, temperature and humidity, Hall effect, and accelerometer sensors, with the flexibility to add more through TI BoosterPack ecosystem and other components.
