Mouser adds Trenz Electronic’s industrial-grade Xilinx-based SoMs
All of the FPGA-based MPSoC SoMs have switch-mode power supplies for all on-board voltages to shorten product development time.
The company’s TE0803 modules are built around a Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ FPGA with up to 8 GByte 64-bit DDR4 SDRAM and 128 MByte flash. Thealso feature up to eight high-speed serial transceiver pairs and a large number of configurable I/Os.
TE0820 MPSoC SoMs also use a Zynq UltraScale+ FPGA with up to 4 GByte 32-bit DDR4 SDRAM and a maximum of 128 MByte SPI boot flash memory. The modules measure only 4 cm × 5 cm and offer four high-speed serial I/O interfaces and 132 high-performance programmable logic (HP PL) I/Os.
TE0720 SoMs are powered by a Xilinx Zynq-7000 SoC with up to 1 GByte DDR3/L SDRAM and 32 MByte quad SPI flash. They feature a USB PHY transceiver and a Gigabit Ethernet PHY transceiver.
