The Amphenol i2s product line, now being stocked by the distributor, includes the CCT, IPS, IPT and VSP pressure sensors.

The Climate Control Pressure Transmitter (CCT) has been specifically developed to measure the pressure of vehicle HVAC coolants. The device is hermetically sealed, comes in a robust aluminum case and features a high-quality stainless steel measurement element. These traits make the sensor a cost-effective solution for vehicle HVAC systems and different pressure ranges. The sensor has been adapted for the needs of the automobile industry and complies with current electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electrostatic discharge (ESD) regulations.

The IPS and IPT pressure sensors were developed for applications that need a high degree of robustness and media compatibility. The sensors offer both precise and stable measurements over their entire useable lifetimes, even in harsh conditions, even when handled roughly and exposed to high levels of vibration. The pressure sensor elements are manufactured from stainless steel and can measure absolute and relative pressures up to 600 bar in oil, gasoline/petrol, diesel, hydrogen fuel (H2), compressed natural gas (CNG), and liquid petroleum gas (LPG) applications.

The VSP sensor features a rugged and submersible design. It complies with automotive ESD and EMC standards, allowing it to be used in any oil pressure application in automobiles or commercial vehicles. The VSP is able to measure absolute or relative pressure in a nominal pressure range of up to 600 bar at temperatures of up to 150 degrees Celsius, even in harsh conditions.
