The OpenChain Project was created by the Linux Foundation to ease open source compliance by making it simpler and consistent across supplies chains. The OpenChain Specification defines points in business workflows where a compliance process, policy or training should exist to minimize the potential for errors and maximize the efficiency of bringing solutions to the market. The OpenChain Specification is currently being prepared for submission to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to become a formal standard.
Moxa has already committed to open source compliance in advanced industrial networking and communications applications for several years.
