PanL Hub features Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n), ZigBee and RF433 connectivity beside specialised options such as Hue, DALI and DMX512. Consequently, the PanL Hub is able allowing it to interact with the a broad variety of smart devices.

The hub’s wired connectivity allows it to easily integrate to existing Ethernet (10/100 Base-T) infrastructure through standard CAT 5/6 cabling. The hub also is capable of providing power to devices with PoE. There are 2 different configurations available – the PanL Hub 44 with 4 serial ports and the PanL Hub 80 with 8 serial ports. The PanL Hub 44 can connect directly to 8 PanL70/PanL70Plus display units through these serial ports (with another 4 serial ports dedicated to interfacing with sensors), while the PanL Hub 80 can connect to 16. Multiple hubs can be cascaded.

PanL Hub uses a 64-bit quad-core ARM Cortex A53 microcontroller unit running at up to 1.2GHz and 1GB of low-power DDR2 RAM memory and 4GB of embedded flash.
