MuSeOn 1.1 is based around ON Semiconductor`s RSL10 Sensor Development Kit. The platform contains the company’s RSL10 low power Bluetooth 5 radio SoC, and features five industrial-grade sensors to measure a variety of environmental conditions. It comes integrated with local wireless and cloud services. The RSL10 dev kit also has an on-board processing core, several peripherals, integrated power management and large internal memory.

The sensors in the MuseOn platform monitor air quality, humidity, pressure and temperature, while accounting for the user’s activity. They are also are capable of providing indoor navigation and positioning. The dev kit has an ambient light sensor with wide operating range and an omnidirectional, stereo digital microphone. It provides a dual RFID interface and comes in an IP65-rated case.

The hardware and firmware was designed jointly by Arrow, Geniatech and ON Semiconductor. Arrow can also also supply industrial gateways based on the Geniatech IoT Developer Board 4 and helped with the integration with leading cloud platforms.

MuSeOn 1.1 is manufactured and designed by Geniatech, and is exclusively available from Arrow.
