Although Vincotech is part of the Mitsubishi Electric group, the flowNPC 0 line uses the latest IGBT technologies from multiple suppliers in a combination that is designed for cost and efficiency.

Rated for 650 V / 100 A, the power modules are able to deliver switching frequencies up to 50 kHz even without SiC technology. The chipset has been optimized to deliver the best performance at real power while retaining high reactive power capability to offer best-in-class power density. This enables engineers to develop lighter, more compact designs for three-phase solar and UPS applications.

Having multiple chip sourcing improves component supply security and the availaility of the modules for volume production.

Both modules are available with Press-fit and solder pins, without adding any non-recurring engineering costs to the bottom line.

Samples of the ultra-efficient flowNPC 0 modules are available from distribution channels.
