Sebastian Fischer has taken over as chief executive of the Traco Power Group in Switzerland.
Jennifer Caspar, company owner and Chair of the Board of Directors, together with her father Rolf Caspar and Ueli Wampfler, both members of the Board of Directors, will continue to focus on the strategic direction of the group.
Fischer, 43, moved to the Swiss headquarters at the end of 2023 as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) after more than a decade of managing Traco Power Germany. In this role he managed all subsidiaries of the group and was responsible for the group-wide revenue and all commercial activities.

“With the new organization, we are creating a stable foundation for the long-term development of the group,” said Fischer. “Traco Power is excellently positioned – with a strong financial base, innovative products, a high degree of digitalization, an established brand and an excellent corporate culture. I look forward to continuing Traco Power’s success story together with a strong management team and dedicated employees.”
The company has subsidiaries in San Jose, US, opened in 2016 and in Paris under the name Traco Power France as well as a development centre in Wexford, Ireland.
