New device monitors environmental data for health and disease control
Nano Bot, which is powered by an Arm-based MCU and features an array of environmental sensors, will initially be installed at facilities operated by Nano’s strategic partners. The Nano Bots will monitor health threats by collecting ambient environmental information to help understand, predict, and rectify threats caused by dangers such as antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and superbugs. The collected data will provide a data stream to the company’s broader data-driven Nano Sense AI platform.
The company is working on a Nano Sense SoC to power future Nano Bot and partner devices.
