New LED module generation almost doubles efficiency at better light quality
The TALEXXengine STARK NEW DLE system consists of an LED module and the associated driver. It benefits from the latest LED technology which enables more efficient and cost-effective modules in a very flat form factor. In addition, these devices offer an BLO mode (Best LED Operation) which optimizes the balance of efficiency, operating life time and cost. The CRI of better than 80 and low colour tolerances (less than MacAdam 3) translate into high light quality of the LED modules. Colour differences are barely perceivable and an extremely homogeneous white light is generated. Colour temperatures of 3000K and 4000K are available.
The light emitting area now has a larger diameter of 65mm. This reduces light density and glare control of luminaires and lighting systems is significantly easier to achieve. With lower UGR values achievable, new, more sophisticated applications become feasible. Examples are computer workplaces, meeting rooms, schools and other educational institutions.
At the same time, the height of the device could be reduced by as much as 50% to 20mm. This increases the design freedom and offers new application options in particular with compact lighting solutions.
The TALEXXconverter ECO matches perfectly the new modules. is available in dimmable and non-dimmable versions and with output powers of 20 and 30W. After connecting an LED module, the lumen amount is configured automatically. Even if the colour temperature changes, the light intensity remains always constant. The system comes with five years of system warranty.
