The pixel light system breaks the light pattern down into segments, which can each be adjusted to cope with changes in driving and traffic conditions. The technology has become a priority for vehicle developers as it can substantially increase night time driving safety.
LucidDrive AFS Masking PixelLight can be used in the development and test of these systems by simulating different features of night time driving, including other traffic, both oncoming and overtaking, calculating bounding boxes and creating shadow masks.
The software also features a set of improvements and performance boosts, including streamlined modelling for right-hand traffic and enhanced vehicle detection.
