New release of Libero SoC PolarFire design suite
Available now, Design Suite v2.2 gives designers access to “L” series PolarFire devices which deliver 30 percent lower static power over standard PolarFire FPGAs.
Microsemi’s enhanced design suite improves place and route runtime by 15% and offers a 2.5x runtime improvement for programming file generation. It can also reduce design flow bottlenecks with new support for pre-design transceiver modelling.
More details, including information on production power data for production-qualified devices, programming support for pre-production devices, and simulation support for industry-leading crypto, tamper, temperature voltage sensor (TVS) and system services, can be found in the Libero SoC PolarFire Design Suite v2.2 release notes.
