The regulators can be switched for positive or negative output voltage, have a MTBF of over 2 million hours and offer extremely high efficiency up to 96%. They operate in the -40 to +85°C temperature range. The LMS78 series offers great short circuit protection and low ripple and noise (typically 25mVp-p at 20MHz bandwidth). The no-load current is 8mA maximum.
