Axsem was founded in 2000 and has developed several RF ICs for high volume communications including for SigFox, EnOcean, wireless M-Bus and proprietaty standards. These RF transceivers complement On Semiconductor’ existing 2.4 GHz (ZigBee) and wired (MBus, KNX and HART) offerings. The Axsem portfolio supports the Internet of Things (IoT), automatic meter reading, home automation, sensor networks and satellite communication markets.
