On Semi foundry offers mixed-signal IP
Nonvoltile memory IP from the Silicon Storage Technology subsidiary of Microchip Inc. is also listed and a CMOS-based oscillator from Micro Oscillator Inc. The 10 IP blocks that have most recently been qualified, provide functions that range from small-pitch column-parallel ADC and cryogenic-compatible LVDS drivers to low power oscillator and one-time programmable memory.
“Working to qualify mixed-signal IP on our leading semiconductor processes is a key part of our strategy to help designers across a wide and diverse range of industry sectors and end applications to shorten time-to-market and reduce development costs for their new products,” said Vince Hopkin, vice president responsible for the custom foundry at On Semi.
