The WaveJet Touch is a variant of the company’s existing WaveJet 350 oscilloscope platform. It is available with to different bandwidths – 350 and 500 MHz. Other features include four input channels, up to 500 Megapoints of memory at 2 Gigasamples per second.

As the successor to the WaveJet 300A, the WaveJet Touch comes with much the same set of debug tools. It however adds a range of new features to increase the productivity of test engineers and reduce debug time. It also features the same connectivity and portability. To track and measure intricate signals, the scope offers the possibility of combining a long capture time with many sophisticated triggers. Examples are triggers for SPI and I2C buses as well as UARTs.

Digital low-pass, high-pass, and moving average filtering permit easy isolation of signals of interest. The choice of normal, peak detect, average, and high resolution acquisition modes provides flexibility when acquiring waveforms. Pass/fail mask and measurement testing enables deeper analysis and performs characterization and validation testing with ease. Likewise, users can scroll back in time to view previous waveforms and isolate anomalies using Replay mode. Standard GPIB, LAN, and USB device ports allow the scope to be controlled remotely. Its small form factor and lightweight design offer the mobility to use it anywhere.

The WaveJet Touch is competitively priced at €4190 for the 350 MHz edition 334T and €4990 for the model 345T which offers a bandwidth of 500 MHz.
