The digital step attenuator offers 5-bits of attenuation with 0.5-dB LSB step size providing 15.5 dB of attenuation range from 5 to 6000 MHz. Featuring overshoot-free transient switching between attenuation steps, the RFSA3523 is ideal for wireless infrastructure, military radio, land mobile radio and access points.
High linearity (IIP3 >55 dBm), fast switching speed of 120 ns and low insertion loss of 1.4 dB typify performance. SOI technology improves robustness and allows on-board logic control for serial interface. Qorvo offers this DSA in a 3- x 3-mm QFN package.
