AI server manufacturer Pegatron has certified the HyperCool direct to chip two phase liquid cooling technology from ZutaCore.

The ZutaCore HyperCool technology can cool up to 2,800 watts of power and is simple to deploy, operate and maintain with little to no modifications to the infrastructure.

HyperCooled servers include its latest 2U 2-socket general purpose Mack Server running Nvidia H100, H200, and GB200 Grace Blackwell GPUs as well as Intel Xeon 6700-series processors and AMD SP5 CPUs.

This can reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for an AI data centre through a low Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of less than 1.02. ZutaCore points to 50% less space used compared to air-assisted liquid cooled and up to 75% less space compared to immersion cooling.

ZutaCore also has a partnership with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI) that includes both an investment and white-label sales agreement.

The ZutaCore HyperCool GB200 Grace Blackwell dielectric cold plates will be retrofitted on a Wiwynn AI server rack, with cooling capacity starting from 132kW per rack, at Computex in Taiwan this week.
