Available in a SOT-23-5 package, the APE1910-HF-3 features a wide input voltage range from 1.2V to 12V. It features a switching current limit (typ) of 350 mA, and a high output voltage of up to 34V. Using a PFM design, the product provides high efficiency across a broad range of loads. With a small package size and requiring only a small number of external components, the APE1910-HF-3 offers a low cost and space saving solution for step-up voltage conversion.
