The attenuation flatness is ±2.0 dB and delta phase versus attenuation is ±15 degrees. The maximum VSWR and insertion loss are 2.0:1 in 50 Ohms and 7.0 dB, respectively.
The phase invariant attenuator is digitally controlled via 8 bits of TTL compatible binary logic with switching speed less than 1.0 μs. The attenuator can handle +15 dBm CW or 1.0 W maximum. The operating temperature range extends from -33 to +63 °C. The package size is 2.00 x 3.50 x 0.97 Inches.
