Piezoelectric transducers are 0.12mm thick
The Audio Group at Same Sky has developed a series of piezoelectric elements that are just 0.12mm thick.
As well as the low profile, the CEB and CPT piezo element models come with or without wire leads for simple and reliable design implementation in vibration detection or touch feedback applications.
The piezo elements can be externally driven and have diameters from 12 mm up to 44 mm and have rated voltages of 20 or 30 Vp-p with operating temperature ranges from -30 up to 70°C. The resonant frequencies range from 600 to 10,500 Hz and the impedance ratings range from 150 to 1,500 ohms for the control circuitry
The CEB and CPT models are available immediately with prices starting at $0.29 per unit at 250 pieces through distribution.
