PMBus-controlled point of load converter outputs 35A
Accepting an 8 to 14 Vdc input, the iJA series can deliver output voltages of 0.6 to 3.3V with currents of up to 35A. Measuring 22.9 x 12.7 x 9.7 mm and weighing 6.5g, the iJA series will reliably operate across a wide -40 to +105C temperature range with minimal airflow, as internal power losses are reduced due to the high efficiency levels of up to 94%.
Read-write functionality of the PMBus allows precision, real-time monitoring of the output voltage, current and temperature. The iJA’s operating parameters can also be programmed using TDK-Lambda’s GUI interface. The converters can be used without the PMBus communication through the use of function pins. Safety certification includes IEC/EN 60950-1, UL/CSA 60950-1 with CE marking for the Low Voltage and RoHS2 Directives.
