Combining GaAs and GaN offers a hybrid with excellent linearity along with the reliability and power efficiency of GaN technology. The QPA3230 provides up to 22.5 dB of gain at 1218 MHz. CSO is rated at -76 dBc while CTB is rated at -73 dBc. DC current can be externally adjusted for best circuit performance with a maximum current draw of 470 mA from a 24-V supply. The QPA3230 is offered in industry standard SOT115J packaging for compatibility with existing layouts. For higher gain requirements, Qorvo offers the QPA3240.
