Power switching modules boost efficiency at 1300V and 50 kHz

For operation at switching frequencies up to 50 kHz, these modules are able to provide a symmetric boost in 1300V, or a buck-boost in 650V applications. They also enable to use smaller and lighter passive power components than previous generation devices, to decrease system sizes.
Using with the latest 650V Infineon TRENCHSTOP™IGBT5 (H5 and S5) to boost efficiency (>99 %) and cut system costs, flowBOOST 1 symmetric modules achieve high speeds and low saturation voltage. They support 100A and 150A applications, come in low-inductive 36 x 82 mm flow 1 housings, and are suitable downsizing bulky transformers and DC link capacitors.
