The unit comes in a range of specifications; E5063A-245, 2-port test set, 100 kHz to 4.5 GHz: E5063A-285, 2-port test set, 100 kHz to 8.5 GHz; and the E5063A-2H5, 2-port test set, 100 kHz to 18 GHz.
