Precision tolerance NPO RF microwave capacitors
The 400Z Series is manufactured with the highest quality materials and a thin film process to provide reliable and repeatable performance. They offer best-in-class tolerances over a wide range of capacitance values, as well as low equivalent series resistance (ESR) and high series resonant frequency (FSR). The 400Z capacitors are available in an EIA 0201 SMT package, making them fully-compatible with high-speed, automated pick-and-place manufacturing.
Their high electrical and thermal conductivity and high stability over temperature make these devices suitable for a variety of critical small- and large-signal RF and microwave applications, including filter networks, matching networks, high-Q frequency sources, tuning, coupling, bypass, and DC blocking.
Key features of the ATC 400Z Series capacitors include: case size of EIA 0201 (0603 metric), capacitance range of 0.1 pF to 22 pF, tolerances to ±0.02 pF, voltage rating up to 100 WVDC, and operating temperature range from -55 ºC to +125 ºC.
